PE Fusion was created especially for this purpose by GRA Services. PE Fusion is a high-strength, modified acrylic adhesive that may be used to join and splice HDPE pipe lengths together as well as-unlike previous glues of its kind-to other materials including PVC, aluminum, steel, or fiberglass.

The Spray 90 worked quite well for me. The test piece united in a very solid bond that I was unable to break. I used painters tape and plastic to disguise the entire area before spraying three coats of paint on both sides and setting the HDPE. Every step was simple and quick.

Non-porous surfaces don't actually function effectively since cyanoacrylate adheres using the physical "lock and key" mechanism.
